Turn On the Sync Library! It’s quite possible that your Sync Library might be disabled or unable to connect to the Internet on one of your devices. To enable it, Go to Settings > Music. Here, slide the toggle to turn on Sync Library. It also works in cases where Apple Music lyrics greyed out.
