- Select Home Settings.
- Tap or click Invite People.
- Enter the person’s Apple ID (iCloud).

How do I add a user to Apple HomeKit?
On your iPhone, launch the Home app. It can be seen as a Home icon.

Tap the icon to go to the main screen of the app. Under it, tap the Home Settings icon (visible as the cog-wheel icon).
If you have multiple homes set up, choose the Home that you want to invite someone to, then select Home Settings.

On the next screen that appears, tap the Invite People option.

Enter the person’s Apple ID that they use with iCloud. Once done, tap the Send Invite option to invite the person.

Wait for the other person to respond to your request. Once accepted, the person will be added to the Shared Home. He/she can now control accessories, see when they are used, and receive notifications about them.
Stop sharing your home with someone
Tap the Home app icon, then select Home Settings.
Next, under the People heading, tap the user that you want to remove from your home.
Then, tap the Remove Person option.
