How to request a refund from App Store?
To request a refund from the App Store, you can use any device with a web browser. That’s because Apple’s refund system is web-based. Moreover, the refund process related to both, App Store and iTunes is similar no matter what device you start on.
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Enter the Apple ID verification code.
- Tap or click I’d like to, then choose the Request a refund option.
- Pick a reason why you want a refund.
- Hit the Next button.
- Choose the app, subscription, or another item.
- Hit the Submit button.
- Check the Status of Claims after a stipulated time.

How do I get a refund from the App Store?
If you or any of your family members have made a purchase that you’ve come to quickly regret, worry not! You can reverse it by following the instructions given below!
Simply open the Store on your mobile and look for the item you would like to request a refund for.
When found, tap the entry and scroll down to locate the Report a problem link.
You’ll be directed to reportaproblem page. Alternatively, you can directly visit this webpage via a browser.
Sign in by entering your email ID and password. When prompted, tap the Allow button and enter the Apple verification code to proceed further.
Next, tap or click I’d like to link then choose the Request a refund option as shown in the image above.
Pick a reason to initiate the refund request and hit the Next button to move to the next screen.
Here, select the app, subscription, or another item, then hit the Submit button. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
Check the status of your refund request after 48 hours. If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund again. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.
