Facebook has become more than just a medium to swap messages and post memes. It has made inroads in the entertainment space too. The popular social networking site now offers different ways to find videos you love watching. In fact, its Facebook Watch feature has become the go-to place to discover videos across Facebook from live events to TV shows, sports/news, or music videos. The feature, however, tends to hold onto your information. Over time this can be a risky affair. Get into the habit of deleting your Facebook watch history. Here’s how to go about it!
How to clear Facebook Watch History?
Facebook Watch gets around 1.25 billion visitors each month. So, it is more than just a library of videos. The content available on Watch is different from the one available on streaming services like Amazon Prime or Netflix. It’s mostly based on social topics to drive conversations. The makers claim only you can see your video watch history, keeping it as personal as possible. If you still have any apprehensions about this setting, clear the Facebook Watch History completely.
- Log in to your Facebook account.
- Click the Account drop-down button.
- Choose Settings & Privacy.
- Go to Activity Log.
- Select the Filter link.
- Under Categories, check Videos you’ve watched.
