You can add looping animations to your tweets and view GIFs on the Twitter app. To create a GIF on Twitter, follow the instructions given below.
- Open the Twitter app on your iPhone.
- Tap the Compose Tweet icon (visible as a feather icon).
- Click the GIF icon from your phone.
- Choose the desired GIF from the library on your phone.
- Allow the GIF to attach to your Tweet in full size.

How to save GIF on Twitter?
Launch the Twitter app on your iPhone.
From the Tweet compose box, click the photo icon to capture or upload a photo or video from your phone.
To search for and upload a GIF from the GIF library, click the GIF icon from your phone or computer.

Tap on the GIF badge in the lower-left corner of the iOS Live Photo to share it as a GIF. The logo may appear as stroked out.

What Twitter GIF size is acceptable?
