Add a sticker to your Facebook Story

Facebook has a fairly large and active audience that creates Stories every day. It’s a concept that has become quite popular. It resembles Instagram stories in some way but the content it publishes can be widely varied and versatile. For example, there are a lot more options and features in the mobile app, particularly for iOS users. We’ll take a look at the method to add stickers to Facebook Story on an iPhone.

How to add a sticker to your Facebook Story?

Facebook Story is totally separate from the feed that appears for Facebook. It has options that are endless with hundreds of thousands of moving stickers. To add a sticker to your Facebook Story,

  1. Click Your Story.
  2. Choose a photo or a video to add to the Story.
  3. Tap to show options.
  4. Choose sticker option.
  5. Select a sticker from the menu.
  6. Use Animate option to place the sticker at a desired location.
  7. Share Story.

When you share a photo or video to your Facebook Story, you can add music, polls, locations, feelings, and animated GIFS to your story using stickers.

How do I add stickers to my stories?

Launch your Facebook app.

Create Story

Go to the Stories section at the top of your News Feed and select ‘Create a Story’.

Choose a Photo/Video from the library to add it to your story.

Now, tap on your photo to reveal the list of options.

Select Stickers as shown in the image above.

Choose a sticker from the menu.

To move it to the desired location chose the ‘Animate’ option and click to rotate it or change the size.

Share Story

When done hit the Share Story button to post your story with the sticker.

Check your Facebook Timeline page for the story with the sticker.

Note - You need to choose a photo from your phone's library because stickers items can be added only to Photos and video only and not to text stories.
