- Launch the Facebook app.
- Tap Menu to go to Settings & Privacy.
- Choose Settings.
- Scroll down to Preferences section.
- Select Reaction preferences.
- Toggle the switch for On your posts to On position.

Launch the Facebook iOS app.

Tap Menu, visible as 3 horizontal bars at the bottom of the app screen.

Go to Settings & Privacy and expand the menu.
Tap Settings and when directed to a new screen, scroll down to Facebook Preferences section.

Select the Reaction Preferences entry to access the option to hide reactions on Facebook for your Posts.

Here, toggle the switch for On your posts to On position.
When done, all reactions on Facebook for your Posts will be hidden.
It’s important to note here that Reaction counts will still appear on your posts in content such as reels even after you choose to hide reactions on Facebook for your posts.
