On your Amazon Fire TV remote, press the Home button. Navigate to Settings.

3] Restore your default connection settings

So, change the settings back to default.

4] Uninstall and reinstall the Netflix app

If you are running the Netflix app on your gaming console like Xbox, uninstall it and then, reinstall the app again. To do so, do the following.

From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Apps and choose the My Apps section.

Highlight the Netflix app.

Press the Menu button on your Xbox controller for app details.

Select the Delete option. Confirm by choosing Yes.

Once done, wait for a few seconds. Then, go to Apps.

Choose Netflix to download the app.

Try opening the Netflix app again.
