You can change or add a customizable Apple Watch Face to suit your appearances during the day. Here’s How!

  1. Choose an Apple Watch face
  2. Add complications from other apps
  3. Save the changes

Scientific studies have revealed that our mood has a huge influence on the way we react. It also plays an important role in determining energy levels. So, depending on your mood, style, or routine, here’s how to get new Apple Watch faces.

1] Choose an Apple Watch face

Press the Digital Crown to go to the watch face.

Gently press the display and hold it for few seconds.

Next, swipe left or right to select a watch face, then tap ‘Customize’.

Now, swipe left or right to select a feature and turn the Digital Crown to change it.

For example, you might be interested in changing the color of the second hand or the markings on the watch face. So, go ahead and do it.

When done, swipe all the way to the left to edit complications. Tap a complication to select it, then turn the Digital Crown to change it.

2] Add complications from other apps

If you don’t quite like the existing complication, your Apple Watch offers an option to add complications, or information from apps, to some watch faces (Apple Watch complications is something that shows your battery life, the date, and more). You can also add third-party Apple Watch Faces. To see which apps support complications,

Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, tap the ‘My Watch’ tab > Complications.

Select the desired complication, hit ‘Edit’.

Tap the ‘add” button to add a Complication.

Once, the Complication in the Apple Watch app is added on your iPhone, add it to your watch.

Now, go back to your watch face, firmly press the display, and tap ‘Customize’. Then tap a complication and turn the Digital Crown to choose the information that you want to appear.

3] Save the changes

When you’re finished, press the Digital Crown to save your changes.

Tap the watch face to set it as your current face.
