Most Kindle readers know how to buy books on Kindle but when it comes to identifying the type of device they are using, their awareness level is found to be abysmally low. Here’s a quick guide to help you find which Kindle do I own.

Find which Kindle do I own?

Amazon Kindle is quite light and easy to use. This also makes it prone to damages. As such, you must know which Kindle do I own, if you want to buy a proper covering case for it. However, you may have trouble in figuring out what Kindle Paperwhite do I have. Worry not! Just run through these steps once.

  1. Turn on your kindle device.
  2. Go to Home page.
  3. Choose Menu.
  4. Select Settings.
  5. Scroll down to Device options.
  6. Tap Device info.
  7. Note the Serial number.
  8. Compare it with the chart.

The Simple design, its long battery life, and the e-ink display make Kindle the preferred choice for users.
